Free Shipping:

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders in the Uk, World wide is coming soon. 

Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 1-2 days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times:

Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Important notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.​

Damaged or ripped items:

Please email Support@brightsolarlights.co.uk for further instructions on returning the item(s) to the manufacturer.

Incorrect items:

Please return the product to the manufacturer at the address provided (address will be provided upon contacting Support@brightsolarlights.co.uk

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

Exempt Goods:

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Broken Lights or missing items.

  • Gift cards.

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
