Shipping Carriers:
We use either Evri, DHL & Yodel for product delivery, depending on your location and the weight/size of your order. We select the most efficient and cost-effective carrier to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Free Shipping:
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders in the UK. Spend $60 or more for free shipping to the USA.
Processing Time:
We typically process orders within 1-2 days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
Delivery Times:
Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location. USA orders will take 7-10 business days.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns for:

Items lost in transit (Lost in transit: We will replace the lost item free of charge.)

If You are not happy with the order within 30 days, please email us at: Support@brightsolarlight.co.uk so we can arrange you a shipment label.

Items that arrived damaged or broken.

Incorrect items (wrong item shipped).
Damaged or ripped items:
Please email Support@brightsolarlights.co.uk for further instructions on returning the item(s) to the manufacturer.
Incorrect items:
Please return the product to the manufacturer at the address provided (address will be provided upon contacting Support@brightsolarlights.co.uk).
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.
Exempt Goods:
The following are exempt from refunds:

Broken Lights or missing items.

Not satisfied with order for any reason.

Gift cards.
Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
