Thank you for shopping at Bright Solar Lights! We're excited to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Carriers:

We use either Evri, DHL & Yodel for product delivery, depending on your location and the weight/size of your order. We select the most efficient and cost-effective carrier to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Free Shipping:

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders in the UK. Spend £70 or more for free International shipping.

Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 1-2 days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times:

Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location. International orders can take up to 4-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery on the respective carrier's website (EVRI: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel or Yodel: https://www.yodel.co.uk/track & DHL: https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home/tracking.html

Important notes:​​

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns for:

  • Items lost in transit (Lost in transit: We will replace the lost item free of charge.)

  • If your item arrives damaged or broken, please take clear photos of the product and packaging, and email them to (Support@brightsolarlight.co.uk). Our team will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Incorrect items (wrong item shipped).​​

Incorrect items:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Support@brightsolarlight.co.uk. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

Exempt Goods:

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • All of our products are securely packaged with protective padding to ensure they arrive safely. For this reason, items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Not satisfied with order for any reason.

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days. 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (Support@brightsolarlights.co.uk).
